  Single Cycle 8051 CPU core, maximum operating clock up to 40 MHz
  External 1~5MHz crystal with internal PLL up to 40MHz
  3.3V or 5V power supply
  256KB Flash ROM
  4352-byte RAM

  -4KB Auxiliary RAM
  2 channels general PWM output
  -1 channel of 8 bit PWM output with Programmable frequency
